Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for AF Associates. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience for our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist clients with product or service-related questions and resolve issues effectively.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.
5. Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
7. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
8. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
5. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
